hey there .. i am new to this .. its the first time i have chatted on a blog or in a forum .. took be forever to get to this point .. hehehe .. just finding it really hard to get going with the diet .. and with knee troubles i cant make it to the gym .. feeling a little down .. the weight is not going anywhere
Check out chair aerobics... I used it after a knee operation. Does your gym have a hand cycle for cardio?
Oprah said something about motivation yesterday... I can't quite remember it though. It was something along the lines of "even if you are not motvated, do it anyway... the motivation will come."
i did not know that there was a thing as chair aerobics ... thanks .. i will check it out and see if my gym has it .. i usually only go to the womens area.
i know i should just go and get er done ( when it comes to the workout ) i feel so much better when i go ...
