Hi I just found your forums and it looks like a wonderful place for support and inspiration. I just started my diet a week ago and I have lost about 6ish pounds. I have been cutting back on my calorie intake and doing my treadmill daily. I have cut out on soda and sweets. Drinking tea/green tea and I just hope this site will encourage me not to give up and also to meet others like me

Welcome! Six pounds...what a terrific start! Cutting back on the sodas and sweets really helps, doesn't it?
