I'm new here as well and am hoping to find some support/motivation. I'm getting married in June and am trying to shape up for the wedding. I want to start my marriage off as healthy and fit as possible ... but am having a hard time staying motivated to work out and eat right with all the stress right now.
Any support would be great. And I'm curious if anyone else is going through this currently or has gone through it?
Yeah, wedding plans, LOTS of stress! Good luck to you. Do you have a plan? You can probably lose 15 pounds easily, maybe more, if you stick to your program once you choose one.
Exercise will help with both the stress and the weight loss!
