. sharonrr, nothing really specific, just counting calories (sort of fluxuating the amounts from day to day, eating healthy, low sugar, etc.), planning meals from week to week, and exercising as much as I can handle (lately i've been trying the first set of TurboJam workouts. They're a little difficult for me right now, but still having a blast. Chalene and the whole cast are so positive and motivation, which helps a lot!). Lately I find the scale has been going back and forth a bit, but I think it's probably from gaining a little muscle or something
