Hey everybody! New to the forum here!
Just wanted to start by saying hello to everyone on the boards! I'd been lurking around for a few days, thought what I was reading was great, and decided to join in:D . There's so much great info and different tips on here, and I think it's going to be a great help! Never hurts to have more motivation:twirly: , which I am in dire need of somedays! Thanks a bunch for the welcomes! susanb, it's great to know there's more Canadians out there!:D . sharonrr, nothing really specific, just counting calories (sort of fluxuating the amounts from day to day, eating healthy, low sugar, etc.), planning meals from week to week, and exercising as much as I can handle (lately i've been trying the first set of TurboJam workouts. They're a little difficult for me right now, but still having a blast. Chalene and the whole cast are so positive and motivation, which helps a lot!). Lately I find the scale has been going back and forth a bit, but I think it's probably from gaining a little muscle or something
