Hello, I am new to this and forums etc. But not new to dieting. I yoyo and this last year I yo'd up but forgot to yo down? The weight is on me like cement and I have been trying to get control. Having my first huge gall bladder attack in the last 2 weeks has given me the fortitude to really try to do something about my weight. So far I have had 3 good days and kept within my points (WW)s.
