Just signed up
I consider this the first day of my new life. I have made a resolution and no matter how hard I will stick with it. My goal is to reach 160 lbs by eating healthy and doing regular exersize.
I have done all the diets, just like everyone here. I can always lose the weight, it is keeping it off that I struggle with. I love the carton trackings that some people have, can someone please tell me how to do them. :?: |

The progress bars are part of the "Signature" feature. Click User CP at the top of the window, then click Edit Signature. On the next window you'll see instructions about how to set one up. Good luck!!! Jay |

I decided on my walk to work this morning that enough is enough. It is really scary but exciting at the same time. Just think how good we'll look by summer time. Good Luck to you. -Lisa |
Welcome, To set up the trackings, go to signature, go through the steps. highlight the one under 3fatchicks when you are done, ctrl c then go back to the signature and ctrl v.
