Hey everyone, I'm new...as you all can see
I came here to see how everyone else is doing so they can motivate and inspire me and maybe I can do the same for you. I'm 18 years old, female... I might not have as much weight to lose as most people here but for me it's still **** having to have this weight. ( I weighed 196, now 188 lbs)
I started dieting and excersise a week ago I have lost 4kg that;s 8.8 lbs this week I just started my second week and hope i can continue losing weight.
I hope everyone here will reach their goal weight!! Good Luck
