Smile Hello from Pittsburgh!
Hello Everyone!
I'm new to this site, but I really like what I see. Everyone seems so supportive and helpful. I've been overweight for a while now, 2 years ago I weighed 135lbs, and I felt so healthy. In January I weighed 180lbs, and that's when I realized I had to do something about constantly eating fast food and leading a sedentary lifestlye. I hope I can reach my goal weight eventually, and I look forward to chatting with everyone here that is trying to live a healthy life too!

Hello!
I live on the otherside of the state, in the Poconos, so I am sort of a neighbor . I know how you feel, though it has been several years since I was down in the lower 100's. I am pretty new too and so far, everyone has been amazing. I hope you find everything you need and good luck! we all need it sometimes.
