Just joined today and figured an introduction was in order.
I'm 20 years old and I weigh 235lbs...about (I don't actually own a scale). I'm so ready to lose weight, but I have no idea how to go about doing so. I figured starting here was a good idea .
Yay someone else in arizona! but yeah, im 19 and trying to lose around the same amount of weight as you. i recently joined weight watchers, and i'm pretty content with it. you might want to check it out.
