Hi all,
My name is Angela and as my profile states I am a 25 year old mother of a 21 month old little girl. I have been married for 6 years, and had difficulty with my weight since I was 16.
I lost my extra weight and got to my ideal when I was 22, then i got pregnant and had my daughter, and due to complications ended up 100 pounds heavier. A week after she was born and I was released from the hospital I had lost 50 pounds and was down to 200 pounds. Then i was put on meds for asthma and went back up to 235 because the med had steroids in it
I was unaware of this. Anyway now I am down to 214 again and struggling. I am on a medication for weight loss, and it is helping me lose average 3 pounds a month. But, I am not exercising. My schedule is so jam packed that any spare time i have I use to rest.
I am hoping to find some healthy eating suggestions I can use for my whole family , as well as convenient exercising routines that are short and can be done pretty much anywhere. My concern is toneing as my skin has stretched so much that as I am losing weight I am getting saggy
but I also want to exercise to lose weight not just tone.
