Hi guys! Welcome lumpy. You can do this!

Kimmiek, walking is good to do with a child. My 5-year-old son walks 1 mile with my every day. Some days he complains, but most of the time we have fun. We take a ball and toss it back and forth while we walk. We have been doing this everyday now for 4 weeks.

Default WOW!!this is awsome.

hi to everyone who responded to my plea. I dont have computer smarts, so i am still learning how toget around this site. Right now I am just trying to eat healthier by cutting out sugar. i am not eating after 7pm(i am a big night eater) and trying to walk 3x week. to much at one time overwhelms me. i have 2 teenagers and a skinny husband, so there is a lot of stuff in the house to tempt me. ONE DAY AT A TIME!

That's very good! If you're finding that you can't beat the evening munchie demon, just get some raw veggies.
You are very smart to start off with just a few small changes at a time.
