hi to everyone who responded to my plea. I dont have computer smarts, so i am still learning how toget around this site.
Right now I am just trying to eat healthier by cutting out sugar. i am not eating after 7pm(i am a big night eater) and trying to walk 3x week. to much at one time overwhelms me. i have 2 teenagers and a skinny husband, so there is a lot of stuff in the house to tempt me. ONE DAY AT A TIME!
