Just thought I'd give a friendly hello and introduce myself! I was online searching for healty recipes to make for my husband and I when I stumbled across this forum. I have yet to do a little more nosing aorund here to find out how everything works, but I thought a little support wouldn't hurt anybody. I'm 24 and have been married for almost 3 years now. My hubby put on a good 40lbs not long after we got married, and although he needed to put on some of it, it's slowly starting to climb up again--and I'm finally starting to join him. My goal for the both of us is not any big fad diet as he would never commit to that and I would probably not last long, but to change our lifestyle to one of more veggies, less fatty foods, and definately more exercise. It's a little hard because I need someone giving me motivation, and although the husband will eat what I put in front of him he's not exactly rooting for any changes; which is where you guys come in! I'll be keeping an eye out for tips, recipes, advice, and maybe I'll be more honest with my eating/exercising habits if there is someone watching me. Nice to meet you all
