Hello to ALL.
I almost feel like i know so many of you already.I have been reading alot of your post for the last 3-months and finally decided to join.Its nice to be able to go somewhere for support,or ask about different diets,what works or does not work.Thats why iam here.Ive tried so many diets and always gain it back. Maybe not all of it, Its like a yo-yo effect.Ill go into details later.I just wanted to intro myself. Iam 54 years young,5'4" tall and 205lbs. and WILL find a way to loose alot of it.I just wanted to say HELLO to ALL and iam glad iam here!!!:
