Hi everyone! I was a member of this forum some time ago, and then just kind of lost interest in dieting. Now I'm heavier than I've ever been and am GOING to lose weight for good this time!!! I am wanting to have a second child and want to be in "onederland" before that happens. I need to put baby pictures on the fridge I think!!! Anyway, I'm going to be STICKING WITH the WW plan this time, and have high aspirations of losing 10 lbs a month, so that in 10 months I'll have lost 100 lbs! Maybe too much to hope for, but I'd be happy to lose even 50 lbs in 10 months. So, anyone have any advice for me? I'm a wife and mother of one beautiful daughter, and I work full time as an insurance agent. Needless to say, I don't get much exercise during the day - and don't have much time for it in the evenings. But I WILL figure out a way to get in at least 30 minutes a day, no less than 4 days per week.

Any ideas would be so appreciated!!! I can't wait to get to know you all!
