Default Hello from Los Angeles (WW gal here)

Hi, I'm Tonia from Los Angeles and I've recommited myself to a healthier lifestyle in 2007. I was successful on WW (at home) 3 years ago, lost 46 lbs, went from a size 14 to a size 8, but realized I can maintain a size 10.

I'm 5"10 and I like the way I look and feel at a loose size 10, I love my curves (so does the bf) but want them to be in the right places.

How did I fall off the wagon after almost 3 full years of being at goal. Well I fell in love last year and too many romantic dinners and apple martinis (my weakness) compounded with long work hours and then the holidays, have me in tight size 12 feeling very uncomfortable. This time around I am not obsessed with a number on the scale but the way I look and feel in my clothes.

My Long and Lean Stretch size 8 (really 10 since u size down) will be how my gauge my progress.

Good luck to everyone.

Welcome, Tonia! Sounds like you've given it all some thought and have some realistic, attainable and maintainable goals! Wanting to get to a certain size is probably a better idea than a number goal, as you may get to that number and not be the size you're hoping for. Good luck to you!

Thank you for the welcome Kelly. Since I've been down this road before I really did give it a lot of thought.

Tonia - I agree. Having "been there, done that" a lot myself, I'm trying to focus less on the scale (though I admit I still do look at it!).

This is a great place, and hopefully you can find the support you need.
