Hey everyone! I've heard wonderful things about 3FC lately, so I thought I'd check it out. I've been lurking around today (home sick with sinus infection), and can already tell what an encouragement this site will be.

I just finished reading YOU: On a Diet and I'm planning on going shopping early next week. I'm going to Mexico in September, and I refuse to be the fattest person on the beach!
