I used to post here (like 2 years ago)
and I'm back. I have been back at the gym, at least 3x a week and (loosely) following Dr. Oz's plan. I stayed on the Dr. Oz plan ( I lovingly refer to it as the "You" diet.. LOL) for over a month, but I feel now I need to add more variety to my diet. I just wanted to say I'm not putting down this plan AT ALL. I still follow the all whole-grains, no HFCS and keep the diet as "whole food" as possible. I don't count calories, but I have decided that it might be a good idea to start keeping track of my consumption. Is Fitday the best program for this?
Well, thanks for reading this. Nice to meet everyone!
