Default Another one who has found her way back

I used to post here (like 2 years ago) and I'm back. I have been back at the gym, at least 3x a week and (loosely) following Dr. Oz's plan. I stayed on the Dr. Oz plan ( I lovingly refer to it as the "You" diet.. LOL) for over a month, but I feel now I need to add more variety to my diet. I just wanted to say I'm not putting down this plan AT ALL. I still follow the all whole-grains, no HFCS and keep the diet as "whole food" as possible. I don't count calories, but I have decided that it might be a good idea to start keeping track of my consumption. Is Fitday the best program for this?

Well, thanks for reading this. Nice to meet everyone!

Hi I'm just coming back after having a baby. This site helped me lose 30 pounds before I got pregnant but unfortunately I put that plus a couple more back on while pregnant. So I'm back and hopefully I can get myself back on track. I don't have as much time to exercise so I'll definetly have to be more careful with my eating.

Welcome back and good luck to you.
