Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I am a happily married SAHM of two wonderful kids.
I've decided that I need to finally get up off my butt and get this weight off ~ it's really starting to mess with my health and it's time to do something about it. My husband has been into weight training since before we met ~ in fact he competes in and organizes strongman contests. I've asked him to be my personal trainer to help me get back into my pre-pregnancy shape. I've even given him permission to nag me to get me to the gym

He's a little bit scared of taking this on but has agreed to help me.
I feel, though, that I also need some 'outside' help to keep me motivated so here I am... My goal is to lose 50 lbs and I am going to do everything I can to make that happen. I'm going to be doing weight training and cardio. As for diets....I'm leaning toward the South Beach diet but need to do a bit more research before I fully decide. Top priority for me right now though is to get into a fitness routine and stick to it.
Well I seem to be rambling...I'm looking forward to working with you all to make our goals.
