Hi all,
I just found this forum this morning and it looks like a great place for weight loss support. I read a few threads and I am so impressed with the people here, so many of you have lost tons and tons of weight. I don't have a HUGE amount to lose, about 20 pounds more or less, but unlike most people I am better at maintaining than losing. My big struggle is losing the weight in the first place. I also have a huge problem with emotional overeating. I have put on 3 pounds since Thanksgiving (actually, mostly over the past 3 weeks) due to relationship stress. That relationship is now over and I am trying to get myself out of the habit of eating everything in sight so that I can stop gaining and start losing.
Anyway, I have tried losing weight on my own several times, but I never stick with it. So this time I decided to join a support forum to keep me on track and accountable. Do people on this forum have diet buddies or anything like that?
