Hi everyone. I am new here but I have made a mini goal for my self. I want to lose 10 pounds by Feb 1st. I have over a 100 punds to lose. I want to start out small so I don;t get discouraged so easily.
I think that's a very sensible goal! You can totally do it. What are you planning to do to lose the weight? There is loads of support to be found here. You may like the 100 lb. Club under support groups. There are people at various points of wanting to lose 100 pounds (+ or -).
