hello everyone,
i found this website after looking through a weight loss magazine, and decided it would be cool to check out. i have read through some of the blogs and decided id post one myself. I am a 16 year old girl with a goal to loose about 50 - 60 pounds before summer time. Where i live, its pretty much a competion on who is perfect in everyway and its nerve wrecking as a junior in highschool being overweight. I have tried almost everything, ranging from diet pills to buying things you see on the tv [[such as nutrisystem and LA fitness]] and nothing has worked for me. I play soccer but even with me playing soccer is tough for me with my weight issue, not to mention i am an asthmastic.
Does anybody have any advice as to what i can do to help with the weight issue? i barely eat anything and work out almost 4 times a week ;; but nothing is working, and with summer a little ways down the road ;; its my goal to be at least 30 pounds lighter.
Help?
