Hi Everyone,
I am a SAH 37 yr old mommy. I have a 20 month and a 3 month old. I am wanting to start losing a little. I will be having my 20 yr class reunion in a few months(summer). I got pregnant last Jan 1st while nursing my (then) 9 month old. I weighed 173 lbs. Nursed him until he was 1 year old. After my 3 month old was born I dropped all weight real quick, went from 193 to 170 in about 2-3 weeks. Well, since then I have not lost anything. I have not tried at all. I am still nursing. Anyone have any advice on helping me get started? I am at 170 and would LOVE to loose about 20 lbs by July....I do plan on continuing to nurse....So happy to have found this site~Thanks in advance~

As already mentioned, there are lots of places on here where you will be welcomed with a big and will receive all kinds of support.

I just thought I'd mention that there is a special sub-forum in the "Dieting with Obstacles" area where you can chat with other nursing mothers . . . sometimes, it can really help to get together with others that are facing the same challenges.
