Smile newbie!!

Hi everyone, i'm Ashley i'm seventeen and i'm new here. My current and goal is below, and as of right now i'm just looking around. I'm looking to start getting into jeans that used to fit a couple of weeks ago. I definitely want to start being more active [my friends will help me with that], and somewhat change what I eat by definitely cutting out the fast food and portioning better.

If you guys have any tips that you think can benefit me please don't hesitate!

Hi Ashley. Sounds like you are headed in the right direction with eliminating the fast food. Have you given any thought as to what eating habits you want to incorperate? More fresh veggies, leaner meats, beans, brown rice,etc. Drinking lots of water will help you get rid of toxins from the fast food. I wish you much success and remember you are worth every minute.
