Back Again
I haven't been here for a very long time. I have been floating around a few sites, trying to find motivation. maybe not so much motivation as advice. I'm 54, lifting twice a week. My diet is about 85-90% clean and I cannot lose weight. I workout with a PT who changed my diet twice now. In 9 weeks, I have lost 1/2 lb. and 1.6% bodyfat. I realize that losing BF is good, but I should have lost more than that. I've lost interest in cardio. I was busting my butt all that time (5 days a week, 30 min) for what?) I've had my thyroid checked twice. I have since gone back to WW but I notice that I tend to lean towards carbs. Maybe someone can advise me.
