I don't think you will fall off Jenny, but you will be tempted to bounce a lot. :D Which is good for moving the cerebrospinal fluid throughout the system... and very healthy for your vertebral curves.

Liana - I didn't realize it had a frame to hold it, very smart. Work has got me something with more cushion and I can kinda sit with legs curled under me which seems to be helping. Had a lot less pain in feet the past 2 weeks. Got the go ahead to run hills and increase milage so that makes me happy. Did 10.7 km today in the trails.

I'm weighing with coach now every 2 weeks. Was 164.5 yesterday which is good. Ideally like to be under 165 and for sure 167.

What have you been up to?

Laura - how was your holiday? What are your plans for the rest of the summer?

Hi all, just a bump to keep this near the top of the feed :). Good going on your runs again Jenny! I bet that feels wonderful.
I'm still hanging in there at 139 after an up of 3 lbs to 142 due to inflammation from getting glutened the other week. Took a bit to drop it, but I know how that works and didn't stress too much.

We will be arriving in Jamaica immediately after the Reggae Marathon - it made me think of you and I took a look again at some of the photos and video of the race. I did see you in that group, mentioned on your FB page. Makes you want to go back again doesn't it?

I'll look up a bit more of my info on NOLA but I do suggest that you will get better weather if you can go later in the fall at the end of hurricane season. That's partly why we went in November and we did have good weather except for a couple days of rain (our last two). More later. I am working on a site w/o connectivity so I can't do much while I am at work and I sleep from 7:30 am til 3 pm when on those shifts.
