Just wanted to come back and update this thread in case anyone else comes across the same issue. I lost all 5 pounds that I gained in P2 while in P3 and actually finished 1lb below my goal weight (yay!). My coach just thinks I was a bit of an oddity and gained the glycogen stores in P2 and not in P3. Now the key for me will be figuring out the maintenance side of things. Thank goodness for all the threads here about it!
