True - outside skim milk I don't believe there is any dairy - I've seen some IP'ers use veggie cheese (soy based I believe as its vegan compliant)
I have no issues with dairy - love Kefir / greek yogurt. I am very occasionally using the unsweetened almond milk in whey protein shakes - no added sugars, only 35 calories and much better than water.
I am genuinely trying to be 95 - 100% protocol but have no way to convey how absolutely miserable I've been feeling since Thursday - lets add TOM to the mix too. If I was feeling well, making some fermented pickles would be great - same as the drive to whole foods - but I can barely get off the couch

obviously the antibiotics should change that in a day or two. Truthfully I am dang proud I've stayed OP the last 3 days.
