True - outside skim milk I don't believe there is any dairy - I've seen some IP'ers use veggie cheese (soy based I believe as its vegan compliant)

I have no issues with dairy - love Kefir / greek yogurt. I am very occasionally using the unsweetened almond milk in whey protein shakes - no added sugars, only 35 calories and much better than water.

I am genuinely trying to be 95 - 100% protocol but have no way to convey how absolutely miserable I've been feeling since Thursday - lets add TOM to the mix too. If I was feeling well, making some fermented pickles would be great - same as the drive to whole foods - but I can barely get off the couch obviously the antibiotics should change that in a day or two. Truthfully I am dang proud I've stayed OP the last 3 days.

Acidophilus is what I take when on antibiotics. I've never had any digestive issues while using it. AFA I know each capsule contains 12 mg of sugar. I wouldn't think that would be enough to throw you out of ketosis but ask your coach.

Jstbcuz, Hang in there. You are almost there. It must be so exciting to see that goal number so in reach. I am still a few away but have lost more than I have left so I feel pretty good about that. Great job.

Had a pretty good week and TOM was 7 days late which it never is and I think this happened since starting ideal in jan. Feel bloated today and feel like giving up cause it looks as if scale didn't move this week and last week was 1pound. I weigh in tomorrow. I was feeling great the week I lost 4.8 and now just blah. I know I shouldn't give up but feel I am.getting bored and lots of temptations with spring and summer coming up and hanging out with family and friends more and it's usually over food ... anyone esle having any struggles? I am down 18 pounds and feel stuck .
