What types of herbal teas are you guys drinking. I am interested in trying some. Maybe in the evening hours as to help me relax and as always follow it up with 8 ounces of water.
Celestial Seasonings Cinnamon apple with a little WF caramel syrup is absolutely sinful tasting! I also like the Chamomile. I bought the variety packs to see what I liked the best and drink many of them without any sweeteners added.

L: IP S&V crisps, salad w lettuce and 1.5c cucumber with oil/vinegar dressing
D: 8oz chicken breast stirfry with .5c mushroom, .5c bell peppers, 1c cauliflower, .5c green cabbage

I wondwr if I could do it without altering losses, being as the vitamina really upset my stomach unless I eat a IP packet and two eggs.. and it HAS to be two full eggs, one egg doesn't help, neither does just egg whites.
