aaarrgh!!! So sorry you did not have a bigger number - my fingers are crossed for you for a whoosh next week!

My weigh in is on Thursday after work... so far my home scale shows a gain of .7 lbs since my weigh in last week... I hope I will at least have whopping .4 of loss rather than a gain or a 0 loss....

I might as well start crossing my fingers now! :crossed:

Terrific Loser58!!!

I was just looking thru our original Any July Starters thread -- so many of us have dropped off the radar... SuziqinDC, Danijo, SaraBee, Tanklan, OperationSkinny.... all were rolling along thru the whole summer but it seems none of them made it past Thanksgiving.

So sorry they did not make to into the new year with us.... this just reminds me that the days, weeks and months will go by, whether I am making smart choices to manage my eating or not.... it's great to have had 6 months pass and to be close to 60lbs down! I am so glad I have hung in here and so grateful that you guys are with me!

If any of us even think about dropping out of 3FC, let's commit to coming here for support to hang in to goal and then to hang in for maintenance.
I REALLY don't want to let my hard work to get even this far go down the throat to make my tummy big again!!!!

DEAL! Need to get this done and into maintenance and succeed at that! I often wonder where people go, but in life people make choices. I assume that of all who start this program, the drop out rate is high. It is a committment and you do sacrafice a lot in the short term, but the prize in the long term is fantastic! To have your life back and not be burdened by the weight is such a gift.

Oneuh2 - you are eloquent as always :)

So the other night (Tuesday?) I had the double-chocolate brownie for evening snack. I think they are so good, I told my coach I feel like I'm cheating when I eat one. Anyway, I remembered one of you talking about heating it up first so I popped in the microwave - and OMG!! so delicious!

I don't recall who it was who talked about heating the brownie... I have yet to do it and I just finished one as my snack for today - I will try to remember and try it tomorrow. How long did you microwave it? Unwrapped I assume...?

I am on the slow lose lane this week, JJTx -- down a big 0.2lbs. I'm having some Smooth Moves before going to bed tonite... kinda needing that remedy for a couple of days now. Hoping that will contribute to some loss. But - I am not off program, so I must be patient.

JJTx 01-15-2015 11:11 PM

Well it's still the right direction - maybe we will whoosh next week

I unwrapped it, put it in a paper towel and went about 45 seconds.

Sgrealtor1 01-16-2015 06:32 AM

Try adding some WF Carmel sauce to that warm brownie and you will for sure think your cheating! That was my dessert for Christmas dinner! Yummy

One your gonna get there next week. I do smooth move every night. Double bags....only thing that seems to keep me going...

JJTx 01-16-2015 11:11 AM

Note to self - buy caramel sauce! (So far I've only had the chocolate)
