I just started the program.. And have only found a few things I like.. Will they swap them back with me? I know stupid question

Every clinic is different. Mine would not. I organized a group of other IPers to trade with.

Since you mentioned you are new here, I'm going to suggest you go to the IP community daily thread to post your questions. You will get faster answers than starting new threads for each question.

Have you looked at the recipe threads here and on Pinterest? I haven't come across a single disliked packet that couldn't be converted into something tastier.


The very first place to start your 3FC reading habit (oh yes, it will become one, trust me on that) is in the Daily Thread started by Lisa. Halfway down the very first entry are links to recipe threads. If you don't find anything that works for you - post in the daily thread for some ideas. Our veteran IPers have learned every trick in the book, and are always happy to share their knowledge!

You're also very new to IP and your tastebuds haven't yet adapted to the taste of whey and soy proteins and the artificial sweeteners. Give yourself time to get the taste of real sugar and fats out of your system, and you will find they become acceptable. Takes about 3 weeks in total.

Mine would take back anything I didn't want from the starter kit but after that, no, no swaps.

Some clinics have a swap basket so you can swap with other members.

My clinic would swap anything, anytime as long as the packet wasn't outdated. But as someone else mentioned, give yourself time to get used to the new food. It won't be long before they'll be tasting better and you'll have a range of faves.

I guess I was lucky they took back singles.. I'm still having trouble navigating this site thank for the help
