thanks, yes the 3010 you do the sauna and vibrations. Also hypnosis type tapes. I don't feel like a loser, but beat myself up for regaining any weight or having a weak moment and eating junk. I'm back on track and getting an order from Nashua tomorrow so it begins again. I just don't want to 'diet' every yr and would love that feeling when I was at my lowest. I think the weight charts are just so off. I look good at 180 but the 'charts' say I should be in the 160's. Thanks for the encouragement.

I assume you mean the BMI charts? It's a well known failing that they do not take into account the amount of muscle and frame.

You would probably be better checking some of the fitness and bodybuilding sites for recommendations that come from body fat measurements than going by the standard BMI listings.

Getting to a weight is one thing, being comfortable and able to maintain there while still enjoying life is another. Be led by what feels right for you, not some arbritrary range of numbers defined by WHO and the insurance companies.
