Day One :)
So, Today was my first day OP and the girl at the clinic didn't call me back, so I'll be using a lot of alternative IP foods until I decide if i'm going to use this clinic. I have some IP products that I purchased to sample.
B-IP Maple Oatmeal, decaf tea L-Homemade Veggie Soup, IP BBQ Crisps D-Salad w/Lemon & EVOO, Roasted Chicken Breast S-Vanilla Protein mix made with decaf coffee and Ice in blender I also went out and purchased all the vitamins on the list, I probably saved myself a chunk of money this way. I actually feel great, considering its my first day, but I'm bracing for the next few days as I know the first week can be difficult. |
