I cannot get back to my routine. I am so frustrated with myself. I strayed two weeks ago on a family vacation and have not been able to get my head back in the game. I have not been doing terrible things like eating junk food or my arch nemesis, bread. But have not doing my packets, instead more of a south beach kind of thing.
I have gained 3lbs and I am glad not 20 but still I should be losing. Franking, I feel that I am losing, just not weight. Why am I struggling???!!
