I just restarted on Friday. Tried IP back in, I think, 2011. I didn't stick to it but I told everyone at work and they all went on it and look fabulous.
Is there a list of which foods are restricted and which aren't?

back to you as well! Do you and Jackie know one another? Seems you would have been in here around the same time? Do you have anything in particular that you'll do differently when you hit maintenance this time? You're to be commended for attacking it though... As long as we don't give up we haven't failed, right??
to you also! This program has done wonders for many and it seems to work exceptionally well for men ( you tend to have a higher rate if loss per week). Your attitude is great! Being 100% OP tends to make things happen more quickly also. Check out the thread "home of the 100%"...as well as the "using alternatives" thread for more info on what products would suit your needs and best follow IP's nutritional standard...
If you need help message me or ask in the daily chat (I'm usually on there every day). It can be hard in P1 but gets better and is entirely doable on maintenance.
