I've done those stairs before without a problem, but now I don't have the same endurance I had before starting IP, I feel lighter, but I can't do much activities, or I get dizzy, and I don't try to exercise because of that episode I had, I think that's how an asthma attack might feel like! I used to have anxiety attacks, about 3-4 times a week, but I refused to take any medication, so I would try meditation, breathing exercises, that wouldn't work all the time, so I thought I would live with my almost daily anxiety attacks, but, ever since starting IP diet, I haven't had an anxiety attack, this week will be a month, and not even one anxiety attack!!
I hope it stays this way!!

I started reading the book, borrowed it from the library, but I just ordered the CD to listen to it when commuting, for me is about 2 hrs. of daily driving, that's plenty of time to listen to the CD
