It's my third day back OP after doing a low carb week. On a positive note, I can eat again lol! Before, I couldn't keep even a RTD shake down. However, it is tough to reboot. C'mon ketosis!

Looks like I am finally safely below the 155 mark - the last few weeks have been sooooo slow! And sometimes a bit erratic. I can taste goal, but am also considering lowering that a bit, to give myself some room to make mistakes.

This time around, I am doing everything with an eye on Maintenance, as it is now so clear that is where the real challenge will be for me.

I have been doing a lot of 'lurking' without much posting, but I love how these threads are so positive & I get much inspiration from all your efforts - makes my own feel not so out-sized

Thank you to all of you with your kind words! I'm staying positive, because negativity won't change what the scale says. I can be happy with my success up to today, and know that it will only improve, or I can be miserable about a temporary blip on the scale. I'll choose happy any day!

There are too many "good news" items today to comment on them all but Welcome to New people and CONGRATS to all the successes being shared. Positive mindset is the biggest success, so for those who struggled and are back on track with a smile, good for you!

I am on cloud NINE as school is officially out and my summer begins. I have my newest Diana Gabaldon book so have enough reading for awhile. Who could ask for more? (well okay-- buying/selling some houses would be nice but I can only control so much of that "waiting game" so on to chapter 1)
