I wish I weighed in later in the week. It's lonely being the first one to log my loss for the new week. JK, I enjoy checking in throughout the week and seeing all the numbers add up. Way to go, everyone!
Quick question... Last week was a puzzling 3 lb gain, so I recorded "0" for my pounds lost. This week I lost 5.6 lbs. I should record my loss as 2.6 lbs, right? This way my total loss for the challenge is correct.
Does this make sense? I gained 3 lb last week, lost it this week, plus another 2.6 lb... I just want to be sure that I'm recording things correctly! Thanks!

I've been busy, so not posting. Now I'm going to have to transition for three weeks so I can go on vacation and not starve to death on the road. Not sure if there will be any weight loss for a while. Still gonna see if what I can manage, though.

WI day!!
For anyone with pending requests, I know you're out there I can't do it from a mobile device & haven't been on my laptop since I left for vacation. I brought it with me, we've just been busy.
Next rainy day, for sure.
You may need to update again, however (you and perhaps one or two other people)
I had to restore from a previous version b/c someone reformatted the spreadsheet again. This time it wasn't anonymous, however, and their edit privileges have been revoked.
Everyone who requested access should have it now & if you lost your access (not you, IP), you'll need to PM me so we can talk about why you're reformatting the spreadsheet.
I appreciate that almost everyone is only updating their own row and leaving everything else intact.
I'd previously been using July 4th as my assessment date but now that it has come and gone (with better than expected results), I'm hoping this gives me continued inspiration to stay OP. Thanks for letting me join in!
