Hi everyone,

IP can be so funny. I have weeks where I am not hungry at all, then I have other weeks when I am ravenous. This week is a hungry week. I have to totally talk myself out of a 2nd restricted. It has worked, I even ate lettuce! Going to have a cup of tea and try to go to bed early. Mantra tonight: Need to reach goal, need to reach goal.....

Slip,

I believe in you... You're gonna look amazing and feel even better!!!!!!

Kawaii: Glad everything went well. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

Slip: I have weeks like that as well, frustrating. But I have found it is those weeks where I lose more weight, fingers are crossed that it happens with you as well.

Well the safety audit is done and that was a VERY long day!! 13 hours long!! So glad I keep my desk well stocked with IP food cause those S&V chips came in handy at 6:30 when I was starving! Got home at 8pm and made my omelette with some turkey in it and smothered in hot sauce.. mmmm!

Have a good night everyone!

want2b, great loss this week! You are my inspiration as our stats are so similar... maybe I should bring out the competitive side of me to make sure I keep up to you!! Congrats!

I'm very motivated to see how much I can lose by May long weekend.... I'll be going to the family cabin that's in my home town... I'll be attending my cousin's bridal shower (mom's side) and then there's always a lot of relatives (dad's side) that come out to the cabin to visit. (seriously... I'm related to half the town!!) I want to be down one more jean size by then!! Totally doablle!!

Have a great day everyone:)

Yay! :yay: Want2b is in the 160s!! :woohoo:

Slipfree 04-23-2014 03:55 PM

Hiker, you can do anything that you set your mind to! You will be a jean size smaller, I have no doubt :). Glad the audit is over.

Want2B- Congratulations on the nice WI and getting into the 160's! You're almost to 70 lbs lost!! :cp:

Hiker- I like your thinking on setting goals in increments like clothing size. You're doing great! I bet you will be sporting that smaller size on your trip!

I had my WI today and lost 3 lbs. I'm officially in the 170's! :) I love milestone losses. I'm trying to focus on 10 lbs at a time or else I feel overwhelmed (like I felt this morning). Fortunately I feel better after my WI. I always feel more uplifted and inspired after my WIs from the feedback/inspiration from my coach and doctor (if I see him).
