  • Does anyone have the latest IP Phase Sheets? I heard they were updated this year.

    Thanks in advance

  • Bump back to front page since there was no comment yet...
  • I'm seeing my coach after work today. She gave me a revised one for Phase 1 dated to March 2012, I'll ask her to send it to me electronically and post it.

Which ones were you looking for? I'll ask her.
Also.. having A REALLY hard time getting my hands on the updated Nutritional Fact Sheet. Ideal Protein HQ tells me that coaches have access to it - but she looked and doesn't. It's weird - and annoying!!
  • Thank you
  • I would really like to have the new sheets, both for phase I and for the nutritional info sheet as I have been told that the one I have is not accurate.

    Thank you in advance.

My coach is having the same problem! I/we have resorted to cutting out nutritional labels from the boxes or sometimes making copies, when I am not buying the whole box. Pretty "old school" but at least I know the information is current.

Needless to say, I would also be interested in a current, accurate nutritional info sheet if anyone has one.
  • Have you checked the stickies? They might be up there.
  • Vet-the stickies are out dated I think. On my "Kara-do" list is going through the labels and putting them onto an excel spreadsheet and saving it as a pdf...maybe i should do that tonight instead of working on my recipe book...herm...

This doesn't address the nutritional info but, I believe, it provides updated Phase info. (At least it matched what my coach is using as current)? Scroll down to "Phase 1" 2 & 3 pdfs. Also has interesting info on Phase 4. Hope this helps. http://www.erichsenwellness.com/wp-c...loads/2012/01/

Yes Thank you very much, mine has 5-7 oz of meat, and this one has 8 It makes a huge difference, when you have a husband who is watching everything you eat, so now I can show him that it is indeed 8 ounces and that I am not cheating

    Big thank you.
  • You can often find a lot of the nutritional info on myfitnesspal.com - they have all the Ideal Protein foods, even the new ones, listed there.
  • Does anyone have the updated Nutritional Fact Sheet? I can only find outdated ones ... missing soy patty and chicken patty info.

Also, please note some of the nutritional information posted on My Fitness Pal is incorrect. However, when you select the item you can view the nutritional information. If it is incorrect you can correct it. I did this today for the Chicken ala King.

www.plainprotein.com has all of the IP products with their nutritional information.
  • I always use the plain protein site whenever I'm looking for nutritional info.

Here is the new P1 sheet. It matches the copied one my coach just gave me.

Luckily on MFP there is usually more than one choice so I typically pick the choice I know is correct
