This is an excellent question to post in daily chat rather than a random thread such as this... But all the same, I agree - I love salmon and try to have it each week.
My clinic doesn't restrict red meat, they do say the leaner the better but he says as long as ground beef is in the 90% or better it's not a big deal. He does say if I eat ground beef cut out the olive oil for that day.

I guess I am very bad because I eat ground beef almost every day and still get in my 2 teaspoons of olive oil. I've never had a weight loss problem though so I will keep on doing it.

LOL I don't think you're very bad, I use oil in my salad so I often get more then the recommendation and I still lose too! Like everyone else said it's the carbs we have to watch!
I don't understand these "rules" different "coaches" make up.
Lean ground beef is on the sheet as an approved protein. 1-2 teaspoons of oil is on the sheet as a compulsory addition. If you put them together in the same day you're still following protocol.
I'm in Jamaica and we have 1 kind of meat.. There no percentages or anything just one kind. Ground Beef.. I have it about once a week a girl can only have so much chicken
