That is great Sonyasbug! You could be the poster child for IP - you look wonderful.

Thank you ladies. I actually haven't phased off yet. I've been struggling with wanting to lose a few more pounds. Was thinking I'd like to see 125 before I phase off but i cant seem to get there. Think my body is happy where it is. I do a combo of phase 1 and 2 most weeks with an occasional week of phase 3. I'm in a "reboot" to see if I can get it there. If not by winters end then I will settle with my weight and phase off.

Congrats sonyasbug. You look great. Just the motivation I need to get restarted. I really admire those that do this program and see it through to the end. That is the type of story I need to see. I have a tendency to give up before finishing. I need to stay with it until I reach goal.

I Am So Excited Today I Got On The Scale And I Hit 215!!! Wow That Is 5 Pounds Away From What I Weighed 6 Years Ago When I Started Dating My New Husband. I Am 16 Pounds Away From Wonderland, I Can't Get Over How Good This Feels.
I Went To The Grocery Store This Morning To Pick Up Some Spinach For Lunch Shakes And The Cashier Asked Me How Much Weight I've Lost. Wow Talk About Walking Proud, I'm So Glad I Started Ideal Protein, Now I Think I Will Introduce It To My Daughter.
Thanks Again To All My Ip Friends And What A Great Year This Is Going To Be. Anything Is Possible If We Believe In Ourselves And Stick To The Plan.

Congrats Finale! It's so motivating to see the scale going down! And how wonderful to have someone notice - sure does put a spring in your step, doesn't it?

I am really worried about this afternoon's weigh in. Not that I cheated or did anything wrong (because I didn't), but I am worried that since I had such a big loss last week (-6.8) that I will not post a loss or even have a small gain. My pattern seems to be that after a significant loss, my body has a small loss the following week. I am trying to prepare myself and not eating much today (that's what happens when you have an afternoon weigh in).

Keeping fingers crossed that I don't post a gain. I will take a 0 loss or a small loss, but no gain (I haven't gained since I started).

Wish me luck. This is going to be on my mind the entire day. Hopefully since I have a busy day here at work, that will occupy my thoughts.
