I would like to get a PDF version of the new IP phases, I looked into the sticky and found all the older versions I had when I first started this diet (about two years ago), I understood that some changes were made to the protocol since then.

Can anyone please be kind to give me a link to where I can download the new sheets for all the phases? A friend of mine wants to starts this diet with me and I would love it if I have the newest version.
