Default need opinion on recipe content

Perfect soup night and I was craving Pho. Came up with this version. I had questions about a couple of the ingredients I used... Had to eat around some of the herbs I threw in and didn't finish all of the broth.

IP chicken noodle soup pack - prepared
8 oz Pacific Chicken Pho base (0 fat, 5 carb, 1 gm protein)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 c. broccoli slaw (for crunch. Wasnt sure if bean sprouts were allowable and I ate around the very small amt of carrot that it contained.)
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
4 oz boneless cooked chicken breast
squeeze slice lime
jalapeno slices
fresh basil, mint and cilantro.

Brought pho base to a boil. Threw in mushrooms and broccoli slaw to soften. Threw in bowl with herbs and chicken and mixed in IP soup.

Came out very tasty. Next time I would throw my herbs in whole to make it easier to eat.

Does this meet IP criteria?

If you're on P1 neither the Pho base or the oyster sauce fit the guidelines.

The oyster sauce has 1 gram of carbs and most are made with sugar and the Pho sauce contains cane sugar along with the 5 gram of carbs.

Sorry, it does sound good though.

Well, darn! Yes, I am on Phase I. Hope it doesn't screw me up too bad-- only on day 3!
Knew I should have checked it out first. But it was very good.

You'll get the hang of it Carrie! Just drink tons of water to flush it out of your system. Use your sheet as your guide, if you didn't get one look at the first post of the daily chat or up in the stickies, there are links there.

Read the recipe threads, tons of good soup recipes on there.
