I'm the same way! Since i've lost weight/gained it back/lost it again people are really hesitant to say anything at all! Since I hit ONEDERLAND this AM on my scale, I'm finally starting to see the change in my mirror!! And by onederland, it said 199.8 but i'll take it! I made my Christmas challenge!

Hey! Congrats! I made my Christmas goal this morning too at WI!
Yeah, I think that people were afraid to say anything until this point, but it certainly feels WONDERFUL!

My WI was 272.8 (a -4.8), so that was about 3 lbs past my mini goal, so now onto my third mini goal of getting to 250 (I seriously don't know when I was 250 last.... When I was an early Teen probably)...

Congrats on on the great progress happening, even through the holiday season!

I think everyone should give themselves a "pat on the back"! We are losing and maintaining our weight during a time when most gain 10+ pounds. So stick to your allowed foods and feel good about your choices. Rejoice...it's that time of year :)

Ditto! Everyone's been saying to me "Oh, it must be so hard dieting at this time of year." At times I have cravings with all the goodies around, but I don't feel bad about not eating them. I actually feel great about the way I'm eating and the way my body feels.

Was down 1.2 this week (I know I am retaining water due to eating some veggies with soy sauce last night and also I drank 4 cups of water before weigh in) so a better loss should show up next week! But even better than the weight loss-I am off all diabetes medication!!!!

Congrats to you as well! The mini goals really help, especially this time of year! You got this!

I love Fridays - WI day! Down another 2.8 lbs and 2 inches this week. Check out the tickers - just over half way to goal now. Woohoo! Love this program and all you fellow 3FC IPers!

So it's showing now...

Great job it is so nice when people notice. Keep it up, this diet really does work. It is great!!!!!!!!!

Icy here today, was able to work from home, which is nice, put chicken in the crockpot for supper and will make mushrooms to eat with it.

Hope if anyone is traveling today or tomorrow that you travel safe and have fun for the holidays

Deana509- happy you made your goal - keep it up!!

Lighthouse101- very happy about the way I am eating to and we are beating the rush for Jan 1 to start a new diet (haha). We are a head of the game. I really have not had a bad time saying no to treats either, I feel so glad about losing and want to continue.

Everyone else good job also, have a great day!!!

Finally found how to do weight ticker so seeing if it works. Yeah it worked. Now if I can figure out how to do more than one Quote but I will figure it out.

Good evening, all!! Work Christmas party was awesome last night. It's so nice going out to eat with people who already know I'm on IP because no one questions my "picky" order anymore. :p

Going to be an early bedtime for me tonight. Absolutely exhausted from being so busy at work and a late night last night.

Check back in tomorrow!!

My parents and family all live in IA and mom said the roads were not to friendly today, she stayed home from work!!!

As I suspected, I did not lose anything today at weigh in. At my size, 5 pounds last week was huge. My body needs to settle. However, I was surprised to lose .75 inches. So that puts me at 20 inches and 23.5 pounds at 9 weeks. Not bad for this 52 year old!

Hi all! Happy Friday! So thrilled to be on break. This year has been so super stressful, and we finally made it to Christmas break. Phew!

I wore my new dress to work today; it was so nice to feel pretty! Lots of compliments made my day!

Morning all. Managed to get thru the office potluck , it helped that we were having a sales contest during the same time. I focused on that rather than the food. Just two more work days then I'm on holiday vacation. Very excited!!

Way to go! Good luck on the sales contest. Enjoy your vacation!

Excellent! Those lost inches are just as important, if not more so. Congrats!

No chocolate allowed at my place! haha I made cookies for coworkers last night. I didn't even lick the spoon. will power. I want to keep going with my weight loss and inch loss!
I know to be successful for me I need to plan when I go off plan. Others tempt you to often. I make sure I stay full and drink lots of water. It's not easy.
I know on xmAS I will indulge in some delicious xmas treats. I'm ukranian , so nothing is carb free. I'm putting in xtra time at the gym. I think its important to stay on routine the best you can.
Happy holidays all!

Great job, keep it up, inches are as important as weight. Plus you are not old, just an experienced person. Have a great weekend.

Ha, I like that. Most people think I am in my 30's or 40's anyway, but my body often tells me I am in my 50's!
