That's how I roll sometimes too.....having the same thing for breakfast is perfectly okay with me. Whatever works best for you right?
I remember years ago when I was on a different program , people would give me a hard time because I was eating broccoli and chicken for supper every night. But then a few months later asking how did I get so skinny?
