I am up for this challenge. Went to look for a dress for holiday parties and slipped into a large size instead of a 2X. Hoping to make a Medium by Christmas!!!

Is there such a thing as eating too much veggies. I no longer feel as if I am losing enough weight. Any suggestions. I am eating my 3 ideal protein foods a day. I do walking 30 min no more than 4 times weekly.

your progress this month is great. can you share with me your exercie and meal plans. I feel as if I am stalled. And am devestated. any suggestions on how to reevaluate my diet. I feel as if Im very compliant. drink my water. Should I cut out meat?

Where do I find the Holiday tickers and markers? All I have found are the regular everyday options? I want a pretty holiday one too

Colds and IP? I am seeing a complete halt in my weight loss this week and I wonder if anyone else has had an issue with colds and continuing to lose weight?

I'm with you. Have a cold and TOM - weigh in tomorrow but they way my clothes are fitting isn't a good sign!
