Slipfree- Thanks so much for the recipes! I want to make all of those this weekend since I've got the time off. This program and those on it are really teaching me how to cook tasty, healthy foods. I made a turkey meatloaf last night that I found on Pinterest and it was really good!
Turkey Meatloaf 1/2 head cauliflower cut into florets 1/2 c chicken broth 3 cloves garlic Pinch sea salt 1 pkg lean ground turkey 1-1.5 lbs 1 Tbsp dried parsley 2 tbsp WF ketchup 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Preheat oven to 375. Cook cauliflower in broth. Remove broth and process in food processor. Let cool. Mix caul, turkey, salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic in large bowl. Shape into loaf in baking dish. Mix ketchup and mustard and brush on top of loaf in pan. Bake 45-50 min. Let sit 5 min before serving. Congrats on your weigh in, inches lost, and better BP...phenomenal results! I'm impressed! |
So I am changing my weigh ins to Saturdays. I have some really wonderful scale and non-scale victory today :) I had a good weigh in for being 2-3 days shy of my actual weigh in. And I fit back into my favorite jeans!! Yay me :)
