I totally second this advice. I drank about three to four cups of herbal tea that I love and I found it curbed my hunger. Eat more veggies like cucumbers/celery between meals if you are hungry. The first three days were the hardest for me. It goes get easier.

Once you get past the first 4 days your body starts to not feel for hunger! Drinking hot tea is a great cure for hunger And you can have as much as you want of that!
