Good Morning!

I am wondering if you can help with a vitamin question. I am finding that I am frequently missing my midday vitamins for a variety of reasons. Do you know if there is any reason I shouldn't go ahead and take them all in the evening to catch up? I will confirm with my coach, but am curious if anyone has guidance on this one! Additionally, can you generally take them out of order or in different combinations? Thanks.

My coach and then my doctor said just take them, all at once if needed.

Ugh... need reassurance today. My 0.4 weight loss this week has me down. I really, really, really want to lose 20 more lbs before vacation on Nov. 9th.

Glad to hear about the vitamins, I tend to forget and take them all at night too.

0.4 is still a loss... I'm thinking you're probably thinning out throughout your body, which won't necessarily show on the scale. Just stick with it! You can do this and hit your goal!

Good morning! I have my 3rd weigh in today and I'm a bit nervous. I haven't cheated or anything, but I scared to see what the numbers are going to say....hopefully they're going down!! I've been feeling super bloated lately, though. My body definitely isn't used to putting salt on everything.

Good morning everyone!!! I woke up happy to know I could post here today, I think mentally knowing that others are on the journey with me has improved my outlook. OP pulled pork in the crockpot so dinner will be a snap and determination to get enough water today.... I am really struggling with that!!! Hope everyone has an op day!

Hi! Are you using sea salt? I use Himalayan pink salt, it is very good for you. It will not bloat you because it is a pure mineral. It really will make a big difference with bloating to use sea salt. Also make sure any spices you have at home so not have salt or msg ... A lot of them do!!! And I am sure you know this, but I did not, you will bloat if you do not get enough water, your body tries to protect its supply.

Good luck at your weigh in!!!!!

Good morning everyone! I am just curious - those who have been on this for a while - did you start to see a slow down of your weight loss? (I assume the answer is yes) If so, did you maintain that rate, or did it go back up eventually? I have noticed the amount I am losing per week/month has slowed down quite a bit. To be clear, I'm not complaining, I'm just curious if others have experienced this after 4 months or so, and if it stayed there or went back up. Every 0.1 is a 0.1 closer to my goal, so I'm happy that I am still losing!

Question Mini-goals

I am wondering at what intervals people have set mini goals. I hope to reach twenty lbs in the next couple of weeks, so that seems like a good one...but is it a good practice to sort of write out the weeks and set mini goals along the way. Those of you who are so close to goal, what has worked a for you? Thanks!!!!

I'm feeling super bloated today and like I have the big C. My eating was thrown off yesterday. My mom and daughter decided they wanted to go homecoming dress shopping ( we got two very pretty dresses be cuz she liked the both, G-am bought) but I had to make due with a crappy grilled chicken salad from chic fil a and then ate some veggies when I got home at 9!

Wish me luck, weigh in at 9:30
